Redeem Carousel: Originally this section was organized by Urban, Countryside, Beach. When the showcased property felt out of line with cardholder’s travel style, module didn't pique interest. In response, we removed that aspect and led with a carousel of eligible hotels.

Elite Status: Cardmembers found the Elite Status structure hard to digest. Based on past performances of our financial clients, interactive tools like calculators are an absolute hit. With the help of our copywriters, I created this tool to help them comprehend how each Elite Status affects their potential earning power.

User participants expect the cards to be presented in order, with the “highest value” or more “elite” card to the left. When pairing products with persona titles, pay attention to inferences that may be made about the card consumers do not choose. Consumers do not like titles that imply that they are “less than” if they can not afford a 9 more elite card. Solution: Change verbiage and card order.
